I was very pleased with the service.Dillon handled unanticipated problems deftly and was most courteous, informative and pleasant. The new shower head, which was was problematic replacing, is far superior to the old one.

Technician arrived inspected toilet and found that flapper had gone bad. Tech informed customer that due to the age and condition of the toilet he recommended replacing the toilet. Customer opted to have a new toilet installed as well as a new toilet supply shut off valve. Tech removed the old toilet, shut off water to the unit, and installed a new shut off valve. New American Standard toilet was installed. Toilet has been tested to ensure proper function and no leaks.
Tech arrived for a leak the customer had thought was coming from the ceiling. When water was turned back on tech found that the leak was coming from the laundry supply valves. Customer asked tech if he could also install a new shower head for the shower stall in that bathroom. Tech had given the customer a price and began to work. Upon installation of new shower head nipple coming out of the wall broke inside of the wall. Tech explain to customer what had happened and had given An explanation as to how to make the repair. Customer authorize tech to continue on with repair. At this time all repairs are complete, nothing for repair work is leaking or malfunctioning.
