Technician arrived and confirmed that when the toilet in the master bathroom was flushed it was leaking at the wax ring to the ceiling above. Once given authorization tech tested the toilet to see if it was loose or if there had been any water leaking elsewhere from the supply line tank or anywhere else from any fixtures nearby the toilet. Tech then pulled the toilet and inspected the flange to ensure that there had been no damage to toilet base or toilet flange , concluding that the leak which most likely due to a failure in the wax ring. Tech Installed new Johnny bolts and a new wax ring, before resetting the toilet. Toilet was Tested by rocking back-and-forth to ensure that it was properly set , before sealing with caulk around the base of the toilet. Again toilet was tested with no leaks or malfunctions at this time.
Install new customer supplied handheld shower head, tub spout, and tub strainer in 2nd floor hall bath. Tested new parts and everything is in working order at this time.
