Customer had called company with a complaint of a rattling noise from the pipes in the unit. They had explained that the complex had sent out PSENG and told them that it was an isolated issue within the unit. Tech confirmed that it had been waterhammer coming from the unit, and the source was from a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Upon attempting to shut off The water supply valves underneath the sink tech found that they had failed and needed to be replaced as well as the faucet. Once authorized tech installed two new shut off valves under the sink as well as a new Moen single handle kitchen faucet. Upon turning the water back on in the unit , the master bathroom toilet would not stop filling. Given the age and condition of the parts of the toilet tech recommended replacing the toilet , but offered the option to replace the fill valve that had gone bad. Tech was authorized to replace the fill valve, no issues at this time. Water hammer is not present at this time
