Tech arrived and was shown to the powder room, on the left-hand side when coming through the front door. Customer had explained that the faucet had stopped working properly, after being used the water would not shut off, so she had shut off the valves underneath the sink.Tech was given authorization and removed faucet from vanity and attempted to disassemble faucet to diagnose parts that needed to be replaced. However due to the age and mineral buildup inside of the faucet tech was unable to remove the cartridge the fixture. Tech explained to customer that a new faucet would need to be installed. Faucet currently installed is a JADO vessel sink single handle faucet
