Replace entire water service from inside house to curb stop with new 1" poly water service approx. 60'.
Customer advised furnace not powering on also thermostat shut off and unable to turn on. Customer checked the service panel to ensure that fuses were not blown. Upon arrival verified no power to unit. Inspected service panel and insured no switches were tripped. Also checked all outlets in room and verified only outlet for furnace not functional and no power. Checked to ensure switch for furnace was on which it was. Went upstairs and checked emergency switch and found emergency switch was switched off. Proceeded To flip switch and verify power to unit was on. Advise customer to raise the temperature on thermostat a few degrees above room temperature in order for unit two cycle on. Verified unit was functional and operational with no issues.
Turn water off to unit and drain down all water lines and existing water heater. Cut out and remove water heater and install new Bradford white 50 Gal powervent water heater and tie water connections back into existing pex piping serving water heater. Test all work and fire up unit.
Need to open sheetrock in kitchen to expose drain line and replace section of piping and completely redo flange. New flange and small section of piping will be PVC transitioned to ABS. Sheet rock will be cut square but not put back.
