Technician arrived and was shown to barn by customer. She had explained that her yard hydrant had been dripping. tech was shown to the basement to the shut off valve, that was in the back of the house. The shut off is a three-quarter inch Wolverine brass ball valve going out the foundation. make and model numbers were pulled off yard hydrant, and parts are on order. Office is to coordinate with customer and appointment time & date preferably between Christmas and the first of the year.
