Chad Reeves was our technician who was very knowledgeable and professional while on the job. We were impressed with his precision and dedication to finding a solution for the nuisance ants are. Chad over delivered with care and concern and the most personable personality you could expect. we felt safe and respected the moment he entered our home and is a great representation of the family values and professional values Walker Pest Management stands on. I have contacted WP before for other properties in another county which Walker delivered similar excellence in service but this was the first time I had any issues in our home and it was the best decision we could have made calling Walker out because they made sure to send their best technician. he was thorough and ensured us he would make sure to see the ants eradicated and that’s exactly what he did. 5 out 5 stars service! Chad was knowledgeable about the stinging and non-stinging flying wasps and hornets he came to hunt down. No nests above or ground were found and he stated he could not charge me in all honesty because he could not find anything. He instructed me to call if I saw anything else and he would be back. Very happy and feel more comfortable because of him explaining everything. Thanks!
