I had a great conversation with their customer service through chat on their website. They answered all my questions, address concerns, went over options, and help set up service without ever having to call and talk to anyone. They have made scheduling easy when it's time for a service they text me with some available dates and times then let me choose. This works out great since I'm very busy with kids and work from home. The technicians that have come to the house are always respectful, courteous, and professional. They get their work done, they always let me know what they're doing and why. We have only had to have them back between regular services once and that was to take care of some yellow jackets that built a nest by the front door. they don't even charge extra for this this is part of the regular service. I would recommend Walker pest to anyone looking for convenience, affordability, and someone they can trust to do the job right.
