After calling around and speaking to several other companies I wound up taking to someone at Walker Pest who was really nice. They didn't try to hard sell me or sell me stuff I didn't want. They gave me the info I wanted and a reasonable price. After a few more calls we decide to use Walker Pest. From there it was easy to schedule, the tech was on time and very nice. Our dogs even liked him a lot. He was very thorough and addressed all our concerns and gave us a plan to take care of everything we were concerned about. Very nice experience so far.
