Kevin was super informative about the whole process, specifically about places roaches like & ways I can help prevent them from camping out (ex. getting rid of this mountain of sheets that were left in a dark room from previous home owner). He assured me the chemicals being used would not harm my dogs, & he made sure to ask if there were any rooms I was not comfortable with him going in (which I thought was super respectful). I really appreciate his customer service & his overall care of my home. The pricing for everything is extremely fair. I was expecting a bigger dent in my pocket lol. 5 stars!!
