I'm very happy to decide to use Walker. After speaking to a very nice young man on the phone about different pest control service options I decided to do the quarterly maintenance plan. Each year we have trouble with mice, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. Different times of the year we have different issues. We've tried several companies but none seemed to care as much as the young man who came out to do our new service. Tristan was a pleasure to meet and right away I could tell he knew what he was doing. He asked all the right questions before starting service then checked in when he was finished to inform me of what all he had done and to schedule a follow-up visit in 2 weeks. He then said to keep an eye on things and let him know if he needed to come back out before 2 weeks. Mind you this is no extra charge it is just part of the regular service. I have great expectations for Walker and look forward to seeing Tristan in the future.
