We just had our first visit from Walker Pest Management. After doing a lot of research online looking at different pest control services we decided to give a few a call last week. After speaking to several different companies we decided to go with Walker Pest Control. The experience on the phone, the information that was given to us, and the maintenance plan they had available worked perfect for us. The person we spoke to on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. We were able to set up our initial service for today which fit perfect for our schedule. The technician arrived a few minutes ahead of time to our surprise. Most of the time when someone tells us they're coming to do some type of service we usually expect to wait an hour or two. This was a pleasant surprise. The technician came in wearing proper mask and protective gear so that he did not mess up the floor with his boots. After going over paperwork and explaining a bit more about the service he continued outside and started his inspection. After a thorough inspection he began treating the crawlspace, then the exterior of the home with a liquid spray as well as a granular treatment. He even went around removing all the webs and spiders from around the doorways, windows, and around lights. He then moved to the inside and addressed everything we were concerned about as well as placing some sticky pads under our sinks to monitor for anything that we didn't know about. while he was there he even scheduled a 2-week follow-up with the office so that they could make sure that everything is working properly due to our situation. We are quite impressed with our experience so far. No wonder they have so many five-star reviews online. Great first experience.
