I had a flea infestation from 30 plus feril cats next door. The fleas got into my home and no matter how many times I treated outside, within a few days they were back at full force. I was literally trapped in my own home and was so desperate I was in tears. I've never used a company for pest control bc I could always handle everything myself. This was uncontrollable. Not for Walker's. After calling and them understanding through my tears and even though they were fully booked up, they managed to squeeze me in on a Friday evening. Dan came to my house, even called me when he was on the way, and after I explained my needs "and fears", he explained the process to me and then he went to work. It had been such a nightmare that I actually hugged him after he was done. With Dan looking like he was a younger guy that should be getting ready to go out on a Friday night, he never rushed me and took his time in the yard. I admit I was still scared to walk outside after he was finished bc the fleas had made me sick. But late Friday night I had to go outside. I took a flashlight with me and went barefoot. NOTHING, Not a single flea could I find. What did I do, I cried again but in relief. I've dealt with fleas before but not at this level. To say Thank you doesn't seem like enough. You gave me back my house, yard and my freedom. I will be forever grateful for the outstanding customer service and professionalism I've received from the start. It was a great experience and refreshing to deal with such an outstanding company that actually cares about their customers and their business. I wouldn't even bother with calling another company. Their ratings are high for good reason. They're that good. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. ❤
