8/23/2022 - Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on the toilet leaking from the backside of tank after flush. ace Pelizon Plumbing will make a minor adjustment to me toilet operational. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will need to turn off water from angle stop and will need to disassemble toilet tank from bowl and replace gasket for toilet flush valve. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will reassemble and remount tank to Bowl. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will restore water to take a check for proper function and leaks.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a kitchen faucet that is loose. Upon arrival found kitchen faucet lose. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will attempt to tighten and adjust kitchen faucet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will check for proper functions and test for leaks, If attempt does not work Ace Pelizon Plumbing will recommend a new Kitchen faucet
Water heater no staying on. Ace Pelizon Plumbing Found Bradford White 50 gallon water heater located outside not working properly. Will replace control valve and pilot assembly, will set thermostat to 120 degrees. Unit is under parts warranty. Serial SK42341033 Model URG250T6N-394
Arrived to advise and give options for the repair or replacement of the cast iron drain line under the house. Presented options. Customer is selling house and will decide next week.
Bathtub valve lower pressure. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water pressure has decreased at bathtub. Took valve apart and cleaned out cartridge. Put back together and tested for flow.
Customer supplied drain extension for studio restroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer supplied parts for drain extension on customer sink and countertop. Made washer out of galvanized steel to lock in drain assembly. Also went around and caulked in some of the fixtures he wanted to wall. Removed flow restrictors from shower head and handheld. Tested all areas for leaks and function.
7/17/19 - Finish for studio restroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found restroom is ready for finish. Started pulling boxes out for all trim. Customer ordered all materials from George’s and is missing a lot of parts. Customer is going to return wrong items and order the right parts. Will return once received. 1/9/2020 - Ace Pelizon returned per customer request that parts had been received. Ace Pelizon Plumbing returned to finish restroom. Installed all trim for shower and tested for leaks and function. Installed trim for wall hung sink and found sink hole not big enough to fit pop up. Will return with bit to make hole bigger. 1/14/2020 - Ace Pelizon Plumbing returned to open sink hole bigger. Set trim on sink and tested for leaks and function. Set toilet and installed parts that were missing for inside of carrier toilet. Tested toilet multiple times and caulked around back.
11/23/10- Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived today to replace a Delta shower cartridge per customer request. We took trim off valve and could not get sleeve off of cartridge. Informed customer valve is frozen. Customer wants to install a new valve. Customer would like us to order Moen model #T2193 tub shower valve with trim. Would also like for us to install a new angle stop under sink to separate the cold side of the faucet and the filtered water. 12/4/19- Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived today to install the above referenced work. We then cut out old shower valve and installed a new moan valve. We then changed out a angle stop under the kitchen sink to a double shut off. We then turned water back on and tested for leaks. There are no leaks and everything is working properly at this time. We then bleed out all the fixtures of air.
Showed up and found water leak in planter at front of house. Through the water i could feel a 3/4 gate valve with no handle feeding a 3/4 pvc line. This supplies water to the irrigation. Used wet dry vacuum to suck water out and then cut pvc pipe so we could put plug in gate valve that does not work.
Tub shower valve rebuild. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on tub shower valve hot water malfunction and toilet leak . Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 3 handle tub shower valve leaking . Existing tub finish damage around drain from previous tub glaze . We will rebuild 3 handle tub shower with new chrome trim , handles with new hot, cold and diverter stems and seats in wall . We will install new chrome tub spout with brass nipple in wall per customer request. We will test for proper function and clean work area. Customer needs to contact their water supplier that water meter cock is frozen in case of work / repair needed on customers water main .
Customer supplied faucets. Ace Pelizon found two sinks in master bathroom to change out. Removed and installed new faucets and pop up strainers. Tested all areas for leaks and function. In front bathroom customer wanted pop up replaced to new style strainer, installed and tested for leaks and function.
Kitchen Sink drain maintenance Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet and sink stoppage. Customer also said island sink gurgles ( been happening for years but is not concerned about it. Customer took care of toilet stoppage. We found kitchen to be backed up. So we gave a price to attempt to unclog. We will open RICE stoppage in kitchen sink with 1/4†electric cable thru basket strainer and 3/8†electric cable thru outside clean out. Customer declines additional work on guest toilet leak and island gurgle at this . Tested kitchen drain for proper function and clean work area.
Emergency call. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found line for hose bib was broken from roll off truck. Removed section of 3/4 copper and installed new pipe and hose bib. 1 year warranty
