They were responsive and arrived on time. Their estimate was higher than expected but they justified that because they included a limited camera inspection. They did a good job of snake out and tested all sinks, toilets, drains, etc. at the end. Overall good job.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing 40 gallon tank style gas hot water heater located on mezzanine above bathrooms in center of building. *water heater is free standing and not secured. Plumbing for building is galvanized. Will present options for water heater install based on conversation with on site contact Dan. Removed existing water heater from mezzanine. Cleaned area and prepped for install of new 40 gallon water heater. Framed floor to ceiling studs with blocking to secure water heater to mezzanine. Installed drain pan and drain line terminating in basin sink located in warehouse. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new gas valve, gas flex line, pressure expansion tank, earthquake straps, t and p drain line and gas drip leg. Installed 3/4 ball valve on cold side. Connected with new stainless steel flex lines. Installed new vent connections at water heater. Strapped and secured drain lines to wall. Restored water to

Will cut old cast iron backwater valve out then will install new abs backwater valve with new heavy duty bands. Will test for operation and remove test plugs. Performed work as on proposal.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing a tempted to jet main line from back clean above toilet, and attempted to jet form water heater closet clean out and was not able to get out over 100’ feet due to all the turns in the line before it ties into main. Recommend sewer repair / clean out install. If clean out install is done by ace Pelizon Plumbing I will take 700.00 of invoice for repair. Ace Pelizon Plumbing during jetting could not get jetter past approx 100 feet from clean out in water heater closet. Line appears to still be clogged or draining very slow. Found hand wipes in line. Recommend installing a down stream and upstream clean out in front of building in dog walk. Ace Pelizon will excavate in unpaved area in front of building. Will excavate down to approx 7‘ deep. Will cut out up to 5’ of 4†cast iron sewer line. Will install new 4†abs clean out one for down stream and one for upstream. Will install risers to grade. Will backfill with native soil. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a bath tub diverter replacement. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing tub spout does not seal and shower looses substantial pressure. Ace Pelizon plumbing will remove existing run spout and prep stub out for install of new diverter. Will install new diverter and test for proper function. Includes caulking around spout to prevent water from going into wall
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a hard to turn shower valve. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found price pfister avante shower/tub with frozen valve and cracked handle. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut water off to home and drain system. Will remove existing shower cartridge and clean body of valve at this time. Ace Pelizon plumbing will install new cartridge and crystal handle. Restored water to system and verified function of fixture with customer on site.
