Ace Pelizon Plumbing found backwater valve broken and not working. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will spray down inside of man hole with roach and spider killer to kill the roaches and the black widows. Will use confined space equipment and then Will then enter manhole. Will install test plugs upstream and down stream. Will cut old cast iron backwater valve out then will install new abs backwater valve with new heavy duty bands. Will test for operation and remove test plugs. Performed work as on proposal.
