Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet stoppage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 1 backed up toilet. Nothing else is being affected. Attempted to auger toilet several times but could not get cleared. Will need to pull toilet to see what is causing the stoppage. Pulled the toilet and found that the wax gasket used to set the toilet was the wrong size and it was restricting the outlet of the toilet. Toilet paper and wet wipes was getting stuck on gasket flange and built up. Cleared toilet and reset using correct gasket. Customer has been debriefed on wet wipes. All equipment is working properly. Work area was cleaned. No warranty upon usage of wet wipes.
