Arrived at location and found customer wants tub waste and overflow replace. We opened the access panel but it was on the wrong side of the tub. We then saw Thea the drain lines are covered with concrete and it needs to be broken out before we can see the drain line. We will return on Monday to complete work 7-20-20 arrived at location and broke out concrete under the tub to access the trap. We then found trap and dirty arm go away from side of house and run towards the kitchen. This is a 2 inch trap and is unreachable from our access point and we would need to remove concrete in the kitchen. Spoke with customer and we just replaced the tub waste and overflow. We then ran a bunch of water and test for leaks there are none everything is working properly at this time. We also cabled the line to make sure it was clear
