Ace Pelizon Plumbing conducted a in extensive inspection. We isolated shut off‘s to determine leak. Toilets are leaking due to flapper. Shut off two front sprinklers is also leaking. Upon inspection the customer forgot to mention about a sprinkler in the back of the house. It was hidden due to a old cupboard. When I found the sprinkler line I could hear water running the shut off was still cracked open and not shut off all the way. Customer is elderly and is almost deaf he cannot hear the water running. Shut off was closed all the way and meter was inspected and meter was not running anymore. All equipment is running properly except for toiletsAnd front yard sprinkler shut off. An estimate for flappers and moving refrigerator line will be submit it. Customer denied work for flappers.
