Ace Pelizon Plumbing will attempt to diagnose source of water leak that customer states occurs when water is turn on in shower. Leak is possibly on drain, shower valve or shower arm. Will disassemble trim and turn shower on to determine source of leak. Customer stated that issue has been on going for a year. Customer attempted multiple types of corrections within last 3 days to try and correct issue. Customer said they have not used the shower in 3 days. Asked customer if water in living has gotten better or worse since they stopped using fixture and they could not say. Customer caulked shower tile seems on floor of shower and door trim on step up. Unknown if this was source of initial leak. - Found hat hot side stem that customer installed is dripping inside trim. Unknown if stems that customer replaced were initial source of water leak. Recommend replacing dripping hot side stem at this time. Opened hole next to shower enclosure that was rotten and soaked. Wall is dry above thi
