Bradford white water heater diagnostic - Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a Bradford white water heater with red light flashing. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 40 gallon Bradford white water heater located in exterior wooden closet. 10 flashes of red light nothing combustion issue. Water heater installed to code. ****vent connection is not sealed and allows water to flow down vent to top of water heater. Signs of rust/moisture inside combination chamber. Lots of dirt and cobwebs located around heater in closet. Also large openings on back of shed where pipes pass through. That allow dirt and wind to get into shed. Faucets inside home also leak. Customer declined service on these fixtures at this time. Spoke with installer/customer on speaker phone and installer would not agree to pay for Ace Pelizon to replace parts under warranty. Spoke with customer on site and informed him of issues with water heater and what needs to be done to get it in service. Customer declined any additi
