8/14/2021 - Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water leak in wall. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found front bathroom flooded with no visible signs of water on walls. Signs of dirt coming out from around toilet flange. Bathroom where water is concentrated was remodeled approximately 5 years ago. Water was off to the house, restore it upon my arrival. Found drip coming from fill valve connection on bottom of toilet. Will tighten while on site - not source of flood Found that this is a hot water slab leak. When water heater filled up and valve was fully opened water came pouring out bolt holes of toilet in front bathroom. Home built 1957 Bathroom remodeled in 2016* ***home plumbing is galvanized water service riser and under slab* Turned water off to heater and leak stopped. Discussed options with customer.
