Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak in ceiling below bathtub/shower. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water stain on kitchen ceiling below master bathroom on second floor. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will open ceiling up to 1 x 2 in attempt to visually inspect source of leak. Will include running all fixtures in attempt to manifest source of water stain. Leak coming from waste and overflow cover plate gasket. Verified with customer on site. Tech will provide options based on findings. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove existing overflow plate and gasket. Will install new single hole plate and gasket. Test for leaks and verify water no longer leaking inside ceiling.
