The most excellent customer service I've experienced in a long time. Jake, our plumber, thoroughly communicated all aspects of our water heater issue and educated us on preventive maintenance. When I called for service, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appt immediately. The other plumber I called used VM and called back 6 hours later. I love that Pelizon knows that customers have many plumbing options and good customers are essential for a company's success.
