Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a gas leak. The Gas Company shut off the gas to house after they determined there was a blockage in the line between the meter and the house. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that the underground gas piping between the garages and the units is leaking. Water from this past rain as entered the pipe and blocked the flow. The line needs to be replaced. The piping and fittings are no longer approved for gas, new approved gas piping and fittings needs to be used. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will run new gas main from stub out behind the garage to the front house connection, approximately 20 ft of gas pipe. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will excavate, run new 1" Poly pipe, install new shut off by the house and test for leaks and backfill. Will temporary patch concrete. Recommend professional patching.
