We will turn off gas at gas meter to house temporarily . We will refit gas piping at gas meter side of house for preparation of Seismic EQ valve installation. We will install approved support bracket to new valve piping and attach to wall . We will test for proper function and clean work . One year warranty on new repair. We will relight floor furnace and stove . Water heater malfunctioning and shall require repair or replacement per customer approvals. We will turn off water to water heater, drain down pressure , remove old gas control valve and pilot assembly. We will replace new Bradford White Gas control valve and pilot assembly at existing 40 Bradford White gallon
