Ace Pelizon Plumbing found a leak in the wall and under the home in master bathroom on a hot water copper line. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cut out and replace section of vertical and horizontal hot water piping due to leak at existing 1/2" copper fitting. Ace Pelizon Plumbing determined there is existing water damage to wall and flooring. Professional restoration suggested. We tested for proper function and clean work. We place cover with painters tape to cover opening made in wall for needed repair access. No replacement of walls of flooring. We will remove old backyard hosebibb at house and install new brass hosebibb with copper sweat threaded adapter. We will test for proper function and clean work. One year warranty on new repairs. Note : we attempted to isolate water leak in back fence in backyard. Both water meters were turned off but water still bubbling out of ground. Her back neighbors plumber will inspect also. No warranty on leaks in ground.
