Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a pop up assembly that has become pitted and toilet flushing slowly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found pop up assembly damaged from chemicals in master bathroom. Tech also inspected corner toilet that has weak flush on first attempt. Tech found that toilet jet/wash down ports appear to be clogged when toilet flushes ***this limits amount of water going into bowl on first flush*** flushes attempted after have water built up in bowl cavity and flush appropriately. Tech recommends replacement of pop up aseembly at this time and will present options to correct lav sink issue. Tech recommends replacement of toilet to correct issue with weak/strange flush ***this is special corner style toilet because of bathroom style/layout*** will need to research availability of fixtures and present options based on findings.
