Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a sink leaking and draining slowly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found delta pop up assembly with rotten rod and cracked nut. Customer also states that sink drains slow. Informed customer that pop up assembly needs replaced or he can contcat delta and ask for replacement parts if possible. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove trap from under sink and cable/clean lav sink drain at this time. Installed customer supplied rod and ball with nut for pop up assembly
