Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer had attempted to repair stems and seats On hall bathroom three handle tub shower valve. Ace Pelizon plumbing will shut water down to house. Will then take apart shower valve and attempt to rebuild. Was able to use customers parts to rebuild hot and cold shower valves. Recommend replacing shower valve all together. Found seat loose and not in all the. Customer would like to replace shower valve in the next two years. Note: tile will need to be opened by someone’s else so they can replace when we are done.
