Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak underneath the kitchen sink and on a flapper replacement.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that leak underneath kitchen sink was due to a loose nut connecting to the garbage disposal. Also found flapper not shutting properly due to age and corrosion. Ace Pelizon Plumbing tightened nut and checked for leaks and proper function. Kitchen sink functioning properly no leaks. Ace Pelizon Plumbing also replaced flapper and tested for proper functions. Toilet functioning properly.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a request to install isolation valve for home. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer had landscaper. make repairs to irrigation system but landscaper could not turn water off at meter and broke meter shut off. Water company replaced meter. Customer wants isolation/shut off valve for home and for irrigation system. There is already a 1 inch ball valve going into home from water service riser. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will excavate area around riser and irrigation connection. Will cut out existing irrigation connection and install 3/4 inch ball valve on copper 3/4 pipe before irrigation transitions to PVC. Will replace connection to irrigation system with 3/4 inch schedule 80 nipple and connect to irrigation line under ground. Restore water to system and verify no leaks at this time.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out for a gas leak that tenant smelled inside home. Gas company shut gas system off at meter. Smell is strongest in downstairs living room on other side of wall where meters are located. Home built in 1978 and owner does not know if it has tested positive for lead or asbestos. Will submit estimate to customer for leak detection of all visible and exposed gas lines.
Water heater issue. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 100 gallon Bradford White no longer under warranty in laundry room having intermittent error codes of 62 and 63. Spoke to Bradford White tech support and was told to change out burner tube inside unit. Will pick up new part from Signature sales in Corona and install. Will set unit to 120 and test for proper operation. Also found Grundfos recirculating pump is no longer working, will also pick up part and change out pump. Will test for leaks and function. All work was approved by Bryan.
Flush and clean out two water heaters. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will drain both water heaters and thoroughly clean out any debris inside tanks. Did both units at the same time. One is the main water heater the other is a storage tank. Will turn unit back on and set thermostat to 127. No warranty.
100 gallon water heater not working. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 100 gallon heater in back of property not working with error code 63. Spoke to technical support and found it was a negative air flow issue. Ran 2 inch pvc out of laundry and drained unit. Thoroughly cleaned tank out and turned water back on. Turned unit on and was given another code of 62. Removed burner tube from tank and thoroughly cleaned. Put back together and unit fired right up. Thermostat is set to 120. In front laundry drained tank and thoroughly cleaned out. Filled tank up and set thermostat to 120. No warranty. All work was approved.
Arrived at location and cut out old brass pipes under the kitchen sink and removed old garbage disposal. We then installed customer supplied garbage disposal and installed new abs pipe and fittings under the sink. We then ran a bunch of water and tested for leaks and proper function. Everything is working well at this time
Will pull cover off for overflow on tub and cable down overflow drain. Could not get overflow off. Had to remove pipes under kitchen sink and they are old. Customer would like me to replace pipes under sink and install a clean out under sink. Finally cleared line. Recommend replacing tub waste and overflow also and replacing water heater.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on Water heater . Ace Pelizon Plumbing found low water pressure in kitchen faucet and on hot side at lavatory faucet. Also customer says water heater makes popping noise. We will inspect low pressure and water heater noise. Customer will replace her own Grohe spray aerator and declined any repairs due to getting ready for vacation.
Showed up and found water heater not working attempted to relight and pilot would not stay lit after un depressing pilot nob. Called Bradford white and they informed me that it needs a new control valve. Informed bray that we would have to Oder parts and return Monday or Tuesday. He said ok. Told him that it is out of warranty s there would be a charge to replace valve. Work approved by Bryan to order part and get it taken care of. Water heater is out of warranty. Model#U100T6RN Serial #JJ17131107 We will replace gas control valve and pilot assembly per factory recommended. We will Restore proper function to water heater. Set at 120 degrees normal heat setting. Called Bryan and got ok and payment cc.
Multiple plumbing issues. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found shower valve leaking in back bathroom. Replaced Kohler shower valve with new cartridge. Tested for leaks and function. In kitchen customer supplied faucet, removed old faucet and installed new with new supply lines, shut off valves and cover plates. Tested for leaks and function. Also poured bio line down drains for preventative maintenance.
Bradford White water heater warranty inspection. We will test 40 gallon water heater for leaks and proper function after restoring water and gas that customer had turned off. Customer has water leaking into garage from unknown source . No warranty on lack of hot water to upstairs fixtures . Other plumbing issues will need to be addressed ,
