Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a quote to install hot water circulation pump. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing 75 gallon tank style water heater located in garage. No dedicated hot water circulation line in home No electrical outlet within 10 ft Spoke with customer about different types of circulation pump systems and explained that grundfos pumps makes a system that uses the cold water as a circulation line. (Warm water will come out the cold water system when used) Pressure after regulator at 105 psi. 1 1/4 Wilkins 600xl regulator has failed. Will replace at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove existing chrome pop up assemblies and install new Kohler brushed nickel pop up assemblies at this time. Will test for leaks and verify function. Verified no leaks under sinks at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new 1 inch pressure regulator on irrigation side of water system. Set to 45 psi at home owner request. Restored water to home and verified no leaks
