Arrived at location and found tiles by Dishwasher in kitchen very warm. We then went to backyard and saw a previously broken out hole in the stucco where water is gushing through. We then turned water heater ball valve off and leak stopped. Spoke with Skip we will be back tomorrow between 10 and 12 to do leak detection and possibly fix leak. 8-28-20 arrived at location and met Skip leak detection. We opened up stucco on outside of building to find manifold. We then had to remove trash compactor from under sink and jackhammer floor to expose three-quarter inch hotline that has a leak on it. We then found pinhole leak on three-quarter hotline and cut out about a 3 foot section of pipe and replaced with new type L copper pipe and fittings. We then repaired damage section of pipe and turned water back on to building to test for leaks and proper function. Once water was on we went and ran water in all bathrooms to make sure all fixtures had proper function and everything is working prop
