Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out to adjust pressure regulator located in backflow cage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing met with contact and walked property. Found hose bib on exterior of building and connected pressure gauge. Found pressure for building approximately 105 psi. This is above operational values for this regulator. Regulator is not functioning and needs to be replaced. Will submit estimate to shut water off to building for up to 2 hrs and install pressure regulator/set to 65psi-70psi. This will be during early hours or after hour. 5:30 am at latest start for morning or after 6:00 in evening. Will install new 2 inch reg. ulator on copper riser and set pressure at 65psi. Will restore water to building and verify pressure.
