Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a increased water use notification from water provider. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found commercial building/property with pipes located inside cinder block walls. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will walk property to attempt a visual/cursory leak diagnostic on all fixtures and visible piping. Will use meter and building isolation valves in and attempt to isolate where leak is occurring. This is an attempt to locate area and source of “possible slab leakâ€. After isolating exterior system and hot system from isolation valves it was determined that there is a cold water slab leak. Tech visually inspected copper water piping for front bathroom and Dr bathroom that have had overhead lines re routed. Leak appears to be between exam room 2 and riser coming up to front bathroom. Leak is most likely in ground. Will need to perform electronic leak detection and line tracing to locate leak in ground. * this will require opening walls to expose necessary piping and m
