The hot water heater did not have the pilot light on and no hot water for the house. I have turned on the pilot light and got the hot water heater working in the past. This time, I did get the pilot light on and the green status light was blinking and I left the house and came back and the pilot light was not on. I tried a couple of times to get the light on but failed. Next day when Bryan came he got the pilot light on and the heater was working. He showed me another way of getting it to stay on.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on an odor/smell. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found two bathtubs customer has not used in an extended period of time. Visually inspected fire place and found it un obstructed. Ace Pelizon plumbing ran water down both tub drains and filled traps with water. Had customer turn on A/C unit that draws air from laundry room area shared wall with fireplace. No smell present at this time. Crawled under home and verified no water or sewage under house causing smell. Explained to customer that plumbing/drains require basic periodic use to keep rubber washer and gaskets from dying out and cracking. Also drain traps under home need to be kept full of water or sewer gas will vent back into home. *this is usually amplified by A/C and heater systems
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a bathroom sink clogged. Upon arrival found bathroom sink clogged. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove p-trap to gain access to waste line. Will run 1/2 in x 60 ft cable to attempt to clear blockage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing need o run snake through bathroom sink vent Ace Pelizon Plumbing cleared bathroom sink drain. Ace Pelizon Plumbing check for leaks and test for proper functions everything working properly.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a possible slab leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found movement on water meter when house shut off valve is on. No movement on meter when valve is off. Ace Pelizon plumbing walked property for signs of water or moisture at fixtures. Tech found signs of moisture on home exterior from sprinklers. Ace Pelizon Plumbing checked water heater and verified that leak is not on hot side of plumbing system. Water movement loudest in master bathroom on second floor. Leak detection and estimate for leak repair based on findings Ace Pelizon Plumbing opened wall behind fridge and manifold wall in dinning room. Found leak on 1/2 inch copper line in ground feeding ice maker/upstairs toilet. Ace Pelizon plumbing will open wall of dining room approximately 10 ft total. Will drill out necessary studs and run new 1/2 inch pex pipe from existing manifold connection to ice maker/master bathroom toilet connection. Will restore water to system and verify leak is no longer

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a shut off valve install. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 1/4 copper line coming off valve under sink connected directly to existing refrigerator. Ace Pelizon plumbing will shut water off to system and install 1/4 brass compression valve on 1/4 copper water line serving refrigerator. Restored water and verified function of valve and no leaks at this time.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water drip under upstairs bathroom tub/shower. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found loose waste connection attached to fiber glass tub. Found moisture around toilet closet flange. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will open ceiling 1x1 below shower/tub. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will tighten drain connections for tub. Run water flow diagnostic and verify no leaks or moisture at this time. Found water on floor between tub and shower possibly from multi uses of shower by residents. Possible that moisture on floor is saturating gap against toilet and shower linoleum Ace Pelizon Plumbing will pull and reset toilet. Includes new wax and supply line. Includes caulking around toilet. Ace Pelizon will rebuild existing shower valve with new cartridge. Mixet shower valve
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on the showerhead arm broken off Ace Pelizon Plumbing will attempt to extract broken piece inside of drop your 90 and reinstall showerhead arm.
Install new Rheem Water Heater, 40 gallon natural gas, with all new water and gas hook up material. Tank has a manufacturer warranty against leaking for 6 years, the control parts have a one year warranty and we warranty our labor for one year. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut the water off to the house. We will drain, remove and haul away existing water heater. Install new emergency water shut off valve and new pressure expansion tank to protect your new water heater. We will also install a new emergency gas shut off valve with drip leg. Prep area for installation of water heater with new drain pan under the water heater. Install new water heater with new water connections, new emergency gas valve and flex connector, gas drip leg and earthquake strapping. Fill and flush new unit, put in operation and test for leaks. Clean up and haul away all job related debris. Test water heater again for proper operation and set temperature to standard, 120 degree.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut off water to home & completely drain home water system. Will remove existing angle-stop valve. Will supply & install new quarter-turn pro-series valve, reconnect to fixture, restore water to home & inspect entire plumbing system for proper function. 1 year protection warranty.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing will supply and install new raw brass tailpiece. Will remove and dispose of old. Test for leaks and proper function. Completed replacement of tailpiece and test flushed toilet. No leaks at tail piece connections. *tech found water coming from base of toilet when flushed. Ace Pelizon plumbing will pull and reset existing toilet. Includes replacement of wax seal at this time.

Hall bath drain pulled out nothing. Pulled out hair from master bath sink. Customer is going to find someone to resurface master bath shower.
