Will make minimum repair to existing toilet, no warranty unless stated Ace Pelizon Plumbing replaced flapper inside toilet for repair, removal and disposal of old existing flapper and installed new one. Tested for proper functioning and no leaks. Second issue was inspected of slow draining sink, began to slowly drain after a periodic amount of water running. Possible small debris stoppage further down drain. Advised customer few options. Customer said issue is fine for now.
