Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a faucet leaking from base. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found California wide spread faucet needs stem replaced. Disassembled cold side of faucet on left hand side. Cleaned existing stem and reassembled. Tested for proper operation and found supply line leaking. Replaced 1/2 x 1/2 supply and restored water to fixture. Verified no leaks at this time. No warranty on today’s diagnostic work. Will submit estimate for rebuild of (2) faucets with hot and cold cartridges
