Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a kitchen sink that is backed up. Upon arrival found kitchen sink backed up and found to handle shower valve that needed to be repaired. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will need to shut off water to the house to repair to handle shower valve And run sewer machine through kitchen cleanup on backside of wall. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found minor buildup kitchen drain cleared.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found minor buildup kitchen drain cleared Ace Pelizon Plumbing will restore water to the house test for proper function and check for leaks.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet running/filling when not used. Customer requesting new toilet seat and hose bib leaks when used. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found toilet needs flapper replaced. Customer is requesting an elongated wooden toilet seat. Threaded hose bib will need to be replaced Ace Pelizon plumbing will remove existing toilet seat and replace with new similar elongated wooden toilet seat. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will replace 3 inch flapper in back house toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will replace 3/4 hose bib at back house. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water heater not hot. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 40 gallon Bradford white water heater not lit. Ace Pelizon plumbing lit water heater and diagnosed two flash error (weak pilot). Area inside water heater shed is dirty and full of spider webs where water heater pulls combustible air. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will present options to replace existing heater and rebuild existing heater. Customer chose new 40 gallon water heater install. Complimentary shower head install located in back house restroom. Cleaned aerator on lav faucet in this bathroom. Removed existing water heater and installed new 40 gallon Bradford white r-16 water heater located in exterior shed. Set temperature setting to HOT Tightened handle on lav faucet inside main home. Courtesy trip for drywall behind stove. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new piece of drywall behind stove and rough patch. During installation wall was falling apart and installing more drywall. Patch ended up being 24 wide by 18 height.
Diagnostic fee only. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found gas line has been shut off by gas company. Gas line is leaking underground and causing pressure issue. Will provide estimate to tenant and they will forward to homeowner. Looking for multiple estimates.
Tighten handles to faucets. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found loose handles to kitchen and bathroom faucet. Will tighten and and check both faucets. Also power went out and shut off water filter, reset GFI and unit turned right on.
