The reason we continue to use Ace is the service, especially the techs. These guys are great! Informative, polite, professional. The only draw back and 4 star rating is the prices?! Seem super high? To just replace the two standard facet connectors are $104?! Their prices take me back and may have to try someone else. But again service is excellent.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a multiple gas valve shut off and water heater not installed to code. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found right angle gas valve and supply in laundry requires replacement, gas valve for wall heater and supply require replacement, gas valve and supply for water heater require replacement. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that water heater was not installed to standard plumbing code. *not vented, no earthquake straps and no gas drip leg. Will submit estimate to customer to correct all issues found at his time. Installed new gas valve for dryer including supply line. Installed gas valve for wall heater including supply line. Installed Earthquake straps, t and p drain line, vent piping, gas shut off valve, gas drip leg and gas supply line for water heater. Ace Pelizon Plumbing restored gas to home and verified gas at they appliances
Multiple plumbing issues. Ace Pelizon Plumbing Found toilet with multiple plumbing issues. Will replace shut off valve, wall cover, supply line, fill valve and flapper to guest downstairs restroom. Will test for leaks and function. Customer likes toilet and wants to keep older Crane toilet. Behind refrigerator there is no leak. Looks like the old refrigerator has caused some condensation to create calcium on flooring. They recently got a new refrigerator and there is no issues at this time.
Shower valve issue in downstairs restroom not getting hot. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found downstairs restroom not getting hot water with new tankless install due to a crossover in shower valve with hot and cold. Company that makes shower valve is no longer in business. Spoke to customers about issues and went with complete replacement of Moen shower valve. Tested for leaks and function, shower is now hot. When bathtub is turned on the volume of water is pulling the hot from other fixtures. All other plumbing in home in good working condition.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new NRCR series tankless water heater in basement. Will supply and install new unit with all new hook up material and code upgrades. Will run new hot and cold water lines from existing water heater to new location with pre filter, also will install crossover connection under upstairs restroom for recirculating pump. Will tie into existing 3/4 gas line in basement and run to new location. Will run 2- 2 inch vent pipes to termination cap on side of home approximately 15-20 feet. Will haul away all debris from job including water heater. Will test all areas for leaks and function. Will pull permit for rebate. 15 year warranty on heat exchanger. Pressure to home is 80 psi with no regulator, an expansion was not required for this installation.
Diagnostic fee. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on an estimate to install tankless water heater. Found 75 gallon heater in basement. Will provide options on replacement.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing will disassemble drain piping under kitchen sink and clean/cable drain line from dirty arm. Ace Pelizon Plumbing Will cable drain from clean out on backside of wall with water flowing. Installed clean out in ABS drain piping under sink and cabled kitchen line from this new access point. Ran water while cabling drain. Tested stink for proper drainage at this time. Cleaned area of debris.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing found recently installed wall mount faucet leaking again. Ace Pelizon Plumbing removed washers and found small pit on cold side. Ace Pelizon Plumbing installed two new washers and faucet is working perfectly. Customer declined a repipe estimate.
