Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a logged kitchen/laundry drain. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found laundry sink in garage holding water. No clean out on wall. Spoke with customer and found that hallway tub/shower also draining slow. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove dryer from wall to allow access to drain stand pipe. Cabled common laundry/kitchen drain line from 2 inch stand pipe. Flushed line with water while cabling. Had customer run laundry and dishwasher while on site. Line drains properly at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable and clear hallway tub/shower drain through waste and overflow opening. Pulled back hair from drain. Ran water and flushed line. Line drains properly at this time.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing tested 1 backflow device on site. Test form to be submitted to proper administrative authority by Ace Pelizon Plumbing. Device passed its annual testing and certification.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived met with home owner and he showed me leak in front yard. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will excavate trench from meter to house with a trencher. Will run new copper water line in trench. Will install new shut off at house along with new regulator and new hose. Will turn water back on and test o leaks. Ace Pelizon will then backfill with native soil. Will install new gas line in trench at a depth of 24†but will not connect now this is for a cuter use.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a estimate to install dishwasher and customer supplied garbage disposal. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer that disposal and dish’s washer on site. Customer also has supply line connection for machine already on site. Ace Pelizon plumbing will remove existing disposal and waste piping under sink. Will install new customer supplied disposal at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new ABS waste piping under sink including basket strainer. Will test for leaks and proper drainage at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install customer supplied dishwasher in existing location. Connection to shut off valve supplied by customer. Ace Pelizon plumbing will cable and clean kitchen/laundry drain line from exterior clean out.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a shower not turning off. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found moen posi temp shower valve not turning off. Water off to home upon arrival. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will rebuild existing shower valve with new cartridge and restore water to home. Checked water pressure and adjusted down regulator to 55psi at home owner request.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a clogged bathroom sink. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found master bathroom side by side sink holding water. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable bathroom sink through top of fixture. Cleared hair and sludge build up from this fixtures branch line.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing tested 1 backflow device on site. Test form to be submitted to proper administrative authority by Ace Pelizon Plumbing. Device passed its annual testing and certification.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing Arrived at location and found bathtub draining very slowly right when you turn on the water it backs up. We will run quarter inch cable through shoe and overflow to remove any debris causing the savage. We pulled back a water hair filled bathtub multiple times and drained everything is working properly at this time
Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable and clear common 2 inch drain line for laundry and kitchen drain line from laundry riser. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will perform maintenance cabling/cleaning of main line from front yard clean out. Cabled and cleared laundry and main line. Flushed water down lines and verified drainage.
Diagnostic fee. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found two insta hots to be replaced in building. Customer wants to wait due to cost at this time. They are not even fully open yet. Will provide estimate on replacement.
Mainline to restrooms backed up. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found both bathrooms backed up. Found clean out on floor in women’s restroom. Spoke to Sheila and they went with cable and camera of mainline. Ran cable down and cleared line around 80 feet. Pulled out multiple tampons stuck to cable. Ran camera down approximately 100 feet and found no breaks or offsets to pipe. This is a cast iron line and shows signs of age. No warranty to blockage.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing found tank to be cracked and has a slow leak. Will supply and install new comfort height toilet with soft close lid and wax ring with bolts. Ace Pelizon will also replace emergency shut off valve, supply line and wall cover. Will test all areas for leaks and function and caulk base of toilet.
Kitchen sink drains . Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on kitchen sink drain , faucet and diverter tub spout . Ace Pelizon Plumbing found standing brackish waste water with draino customer put in . Old corroded garbage disposal and waste lines under sink with leaks on drains. We will wet/ dry vacuum acid draino waste water from both sink compartments in attempt to control existing leaks on kitchen sink drains. We will run 1/4†electric cable thru basket strainer to open unknown sink stoppage. We will cut out and remove old corroded kitchen waste drain piping and replace with ABS rigid piping drains including new PTrap up to existing disposal tailpipe and wall nipple. We will remove old Dishmaster kitchen sink faucet and install customer supplied gooseneck pulldown spout faucet to existing water connectors and filter. Tested for proper function and clean work area. One year warranty on new repairs/ drains. No warranty on customer supplied faucet. Note : customer didn’t kn
Multiple plumbing issues. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found pink bathtub draining slow, ran cable to clear line. Sink in grey bathroom slow draining, ran cable through to clear line. Toilet in grey bathroom screw came off, pulled toilet and reset with new wax ring and bolts. In backyard customer wanted new line ran for future sprinklers. Cut out section of copper and ran new 3/4 copper pipe and fittings. Also wanted full port ball valve installed where hose bib is. All areas were tested for leaks and function. Bio Line poured down all drains.
Emergency water leak in bathroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found leak coming from shut off valve in guest restroom. Customer attempted changing out fill valve and flapper and toilet shut off broke. He was able to shut off water to home from ball valve in front. Tagged main valve in front for any future issues. Replaced emergency shut off valve, supply line, fill and flapper. Turned water back on and tested all areas for leaks and function. 1 year warranty.
