Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak in ceiling of garage located under shower when used. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found hole in ceiling of garage where water had leaked/settled and customer poked hole to drain. Area is located under shower on second floor. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will pour water down drain of shower in attempt to manifest leak at this time. Will also open ceiling of garage located under shower pan drain. Opened ceiling and exposed 2 inch drain pipe and trap and for master bathroom shower. Found that shower pan drain connection is leaking when shower is used. *this issue is related to shower pan/enclosure install. Additionally found that trap appears to have been repaired prior and was installed incorrectly with excessive tension on fitting causing it to separate and leak. *****any correction to shower trap will not stop all sources of drain leakage****shower pan/drain connection will need to be removed and re installed in order to stop all water from leaking A
