Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a hose bib does not turn off. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 3/4 solder hose bib in back of house with broken handle. Ace Pelizon plumbing will shut water off to home, drain system and install new thread on bib at this time. Included replacing aerator in front bathroom. Restored water to home and verified function of fixture.
