Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a urinal not flushing. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found urinal on second floor mens restroom located on same wall as sinks turned off and trap half full of urine. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that urinal has low/weak flush. Urinal appears to drain slowly. Recommend cabling and cleaning urinal drain to ensure fixture does not overflow. Recommend. Minimum urinal flush valve rebuild to correct weak flush issue. *unknown if angle stop is limiting flow. Work approved and signed off by on site contact Gabriel.
