Arrived at location and was shown to multiple bathrooms and kitchenettes that have multiple problems. Sloan valves on the toilets look very old and corroded and should be replaced. Also all angle stops are very old and most of them are frozen. We will give customer options to replace all Sloan valves and angle stops. This proposal is to start by replacing two Sloan valves one in the first and second grade room and the other in the kindergarten room. Also for angle stops and one customer supplied faucet in the first and second grade room.
