Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on 2 toilets that are not working properly. Toilet in the master bathroom is continually running and makes a very loud noise. Toilet in the front bathroom won't flush. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found fill valve not working properly. Replaced with a new one. Tested for proper functions, Everything working properly. Customer would like estimate for replacing the entire kitchen sink. In stainless steel as well as porcelain.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a tub shower stoppage effecting both bathrooms. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found one bathroom has been remodeled and there is a clean out next to toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable shower drain and follow up with camera inspection to verify cause of issue. Will present options for necessary repairs based on inspection. Cabled shower drain after difficulty removing drain cover. Cabled drain and cleared line. Flushed with water and camera inspected. Found piece of white plastic lodged inside 2 inch drain stack for both restrooms. Cabled line again and push piece of plastic into 4 inch clay main outside house. Camera inspected line again and found that it was free of obstruction. Tub drain in hallway bathroom was draining slow to main stack. Received approval to cable tub drain for additional cost of $274. Cabled and cleared tub drain. Tested and verified flow/drainage at this time. Drain lines for these fixtures are original cast iron and appear
