PJ came out initially to diagnose the problem, explained everything in a way I could understand, because I'm no plumber. He only charged me $125 for sewer rodding and gave me the camera for free. He found the problem right away, and the next day his crew came out and they knocked out in two days what looked like allot of work.. they were all good guys and very respectful..
