I had a clogged tub & shower drain and was able to get scheduled the same day I called. Glen was polite, knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment of the whole house (not just the faulty drains I had called about) in order to insure my problem would be solved correctly. He explained options for resolving and was transparent about pricing. The clogged drain was fixed and he also gave me great guidance about ways to prevent further issues with some routine home maintenance. Have always been more than satisfied with this company’s high level of service and the ability to talk with someone after hours for urgent issues. They are simply the best!
