I had a slow drain in my kitchen. My repair person arrived and was able to not only fix the drain but also took the time to replace my sink and faucet which was on my home upgrade to-do list! I received great service from Joe. He's VERY knowledgeable about cleaning sewers and explained very thoroughly why water jetting the roots out of the sewer is a better deal than the old standard way of cleaning sewers. I found the camera inspection very interesting to actually see what is going on down in my sewer. Joe pointed out the breaks in the pipes, etc. I saw the before and after camera shots and feel that the water jetting is the way to go for cleaning a sewer of tree roots. Completely cleaned out!!! Overall, very satisfied.
