Coast Plumbing Solutions will be using the main line cable to restore flow to the customers 4 inch orangeburg main sewer line. The customer has recently had another company install a new 2 way cleanout on the orangeburg line roughly 30-40’ from the main house. From that clean out to the obstruction that has caused the customers line to back up is roughly 190’. Once flow has been restored to the main line, CPS will inspect the line from the house to the city tie in which is roughly a 280’ run of old orangeburg pipe. CPS will expose the 4” sewer line roughly 180’ from the customers house, located in the neighbors front yard near the large tree and cut out roughly 4’ of failing orangeburg pipe. The section will be replaced using 4” abs pipe with a two way cleanout installed for future maintenance. The customer is aware that due to the condition of the line and the material of the pipe, there will be no warranty on the main sewer line. The customer is also aware that if the main line cable

Coast Plumbing Solutions will be shutting off the gas at the main gas meter located on the right hand side of the house before removing a section of 1/2” galvanized pipe for the gas line that has been cut through by the roofing company that has been hired to replace the roof. Once the section of 1/2” galvanized pipe has been removed, CPS will be replacing the section of pipe with new 1/2” galvanized pipe. The line will need to be mega-pressed do to the location that the pipe has been cut into. After the repair has been made, CPS will need access to any gas fixture in the home to ensure the pilot lights are lit to prevent the house from filling with gas. The gas system will be flushed of any air using the range gas flex and the water heater gas flex. The system will then be tested to ensure there are no leaks.
